Fashion-conscious footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo, is putting his soccer-toned physique to good use and has landed an underwear modeling gig with Italian fashion designer, Armani.

The Portuguese athlete is following in the illustrious footsteps of fellow metrosexual soccer star, David Beckham, who has participated in multiple campaigns for Emporio Armani underwear.

Ronaldo’s international ads for Giorgio Armani SpA will start running in spring/summer 2010. Mark those calendars, kiddos!
