OMFG how cute is Sunny Sandler, 2 1/2?  Adam Sandler‘s pint-sized tot waited for dad (who turns 45 today) to split a croissant, then happily noshed on it while Sandler took a phone call in Brentwood today (September 9th).

While promoting Grown Ups last year, Sandler told the press that the movie – about four friends return to the summer vacation spot they shared as kids – resonated with him.  “I try to do the right thing, but with the amount of money I have, it’s difficult to raise the children the way I was raised,” Sandler told the Toronto Sun.  “The idea of my kids being spoiled, I go to sleep thinking about it and I wake up thinking about it.” The SNL alum was raised in a New Hampshire suburb, light years away from the life he now leads in Los Angeles.

From the looks of it, Sandler’s still keeping it real by rationing out food and dressing like he’s ready for gym class.
