Bond is back! The title and cast for the 23rd James Bond film have been announced today. Bond 23 will be titled Skyfall and is set for release across in United States on November 9th, 2012.

The release of Skyfall will mark the 50th anniversary of 007 on the big screen.

Daniel Craig returns as James Bond, whilst Javier Bardem joins the cast as the movies villain. French actress Berenice Marlohe and English beauty Naomie Harris will portray the films leading ladies, the Bond girls.

Director Sam Mendes assured fans that Bond’s latest adventure would adhere to the high octane formula that has made the films an enduring genre. “It, I think, has all the elements of a classic Bond movie, including, to quell any rumors, a lot of action,” Mendes told reporters at the launch of the film in London on Thursday.
