It’s Daniel Craig versus Tom Cruise now, with the European premiere of Craig’s WWII film Defiance. Here’s the current James Bond on the red carpet in London with his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell. It’s a shame that Daniel’s no longer sporting the satin arm sling because then he and Cruise could have a stand-off of the accessory variety. Tom wears a mean eye-patch, y’all.
Bearded Liev Schreiber was also there all bundled up with teensy co-star little Jamie Bell.
Craig described the experience of meeting the descendants of the individuals on whom the movie was based. “I kind of sat them all down and I’m in uniform and working and it’s like, ‘It’s great to see you.’ I went, ‘Vodka? Vodka? Vodka?’” That’s shaken, not stirred, bitches!
