David Archuleta is better off leaving Jive. It’s impressive his CD sold as many as 67,000 with the zero promotion they gave it. Which is a shame, because “The Other Side of Down” is one of the best albums I’ve heard in ages. YouTube his FOX New Year’s Live performances of the title track or the Z100 Live performance of “Elevator” and you’ll see what I mean. Soulful pop at its best. He’ll be snapped up by another label that appreciates his talent and potential in no time.

“The Other Side of Down” is a great album that JIVE failed to promote, so barely anyone knows it exists. I’d encourage everyone to buy it. It’s really fun and catchy!
