David Beckham attended an autograph session at Adidas Performance Store Champs-Elysses with former teammate Zinedine Zidane! The sports legends made an appearance in the Paris store to meet and sign autographs for some lucky fans.
The 37-year-old, who helped his new team (Paris Saint-Germain) to victory Wednesday to reach the French Cup quarterfinals, alerted his former team to watch out for Cristiano Ronaldo when he visits Manchester United next week. Beckham, who spend nine years with England, says that Ronaldo will definitely be “inspired” to play against his former club.
United has a special place in his heart. The fans love him and it will be a great occasion. You enjoy going back [to your former club] and I am sure it will inspire him. Many things inspire great players and him going back will be a special night.
That should definitely be an interesting game. Who wouldn’t want to move forward into the Champions League quarter-finals at the expense of their former team?
