Sunday is normally a lovely day for reflection, prayer, some shopping, beef stew and dreading Monday. But for David Beckham and his bodyguards, it’s also a great day for handing a beatdown to an annoying paparazzi.

Sources say that David and Victoria Beckham, accompanied by some bodyguards, stopped their car to confront an annoying pap who was following them. Becks, himself, approached the dude and demanded he exit his car so I guess he could soccer kick him or perhaps have a model pose off or something. Anyway, the guy wouldn’t budge so one of the two bodyguards went in through the passenger side. Yikes!

By the way, this scenario took place in front of a Beverly Hills police station. Oops.

So David, realizing this could become a scandal, hopped into the Beckhammobile and sped off with his twig wife, leaving the guards to be questioned by the police. There was a scuffle, but everyone involved refused to get in an ambulance. The bodyguards were questioned and released but authorities say there could be further investigation.

“They just can’t do this,” said the paparazzi dude. “They
put me on the floor, they got my camera and they threw it in the trash
can. They can’t do this to us. “

Lesson learned = don’t cross a prettyboy with enough money to hire violent thugs!
