In response to being sued by a photographer, David Beckham has made public his intention to fight “each and every allegation” in court.

The paparazzo, named Emicles Da Mata, claims that a bodyguard for the British footballer manhandled him after Da Mata had been trailing David and Victoria Beckham in their car. The shutterbug alleges that Beckham’s muscle took his camera and beat him up.

As for Becks, he’s released a statement through his legal team, “The allegations against Mr. Beckham are false and are without merit.”

I wouldn’t mess with David. I’m pretty sure he’s from the future.
