UPDATE: Reports are now surfacing that David Carradine may have “accidentally” hanging himself.

“He was found hanging by a rope in the room’s closet,’ Lieutenant Colonel Pirom Jantrapirom of the Lumpini police station in Bangkok said”

He said Carradine’s body was naked when it was found and there were no signs of any other people in the room. The rope was around his neck and parts of his body, police were quoted as saying.

Actor David Carradine who rose to fame for his television role in Kung Fu, was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room yesterday. There are unconfirmed reports that Carradine was found hanging in his hotel room closet. Police believe it was suicide.

The actor was in Bangkok to shoot a movie. It was a hotel’s maid who opened his suite on Thursday at 10 am only to find Carradine in a closet. He was described as behind half naked.

Police investigation showed that he hung himself with a rope, the kind that is used with curtains.

Rest in peace. You’re Snake Charmer Bill will remain forever in our hearts.

I do not think for a minute that this was a suricide. I think that he may have picked a person up and to take to his room and then he was murdered.
