As you know, David Copperfield is being accused of rape by a woman in Seattle. To support the theory that he’s possibly a huge raping creep, documents have come to light outlining this weird complicated setup Dave has to meet chicks at his shows. Supposedly, he uses code words and stagehands have to seek the chicks out who meet Dave’s exact specifications. It’s a little rigid and possibly indicates he’s controlling and a complete freakshow. Anyway, David is denying that this plan is in existence and claims he’s being extorted.

David Chesnoff, Copperfield’s lawyer, issued a statement to TMZ: “Recently, Mr. Copperfield was the victim of an unsuccessful extortion attempt by a disgruntled former employee. We believe these documents are a smear campaign which is a product of that unsuccessful shakedown effort.”

A Seattle woman claims she was in the audience when David met her backstage, invited her to the Bahamas and then allegedly raped her. Copperfield denies any wrongdoing. Chesnoff also told TMZ, “The innuendo that voluntary meetings with audience members has anything to do with forced, non-consensual activity is both untrue and unfair.”

Well, maybe Hot Momma Alpha Beta #1 didn’t want Dave to magically pull his ween out of his pants on her! Something isn’t right here. You shouldn’t be so OCD that meeting women is akin to “Mission Impossible 4″.
