Among Britney Spears crimes – that dress and those shoes! What on earth? Fashion crimes are the least of her worries these days, after her driving with Sean Preston in her lap. It seems as if now the LA County Department of Children and Family Services wants to speak with Britney.
This afternoon, Deputy Sheriff Mark Winn went to the Spears home. The official told TMZ Winn made the trip to get contact information for DCFS, so that DCFS “could do their thing.” Britney’s rep told TMZ Winn spoke with security – not Spears herself.
As we first reported, DCFS contacted the LA County Sheriff’s Department earlier today, inquiring about the incident. TMZ contacted a DCFS official who would not comment on the matter.
Britney issued a statement saying, “I was terrified that this time the physically aggressive paparazzi would put both me and my baby in danger.” She added, “I instinctively took measures to get my baby and me out of harm’s way…”
The TV show ‘EXTRA’ has obtained the following statement from X17, the company that took the picture: “These pictures were taken in a very peaceful context, in which photographers exhibited no aggressive behavior. We believe the pictures speak for themselves.”

Wow. Of all her stupid, reckless behaviour, this incident takes the cake ’cause it involves her little guy’s safety. Stupid, dumb-ass trailer trash… Follow the link, you’ll see a picture… It’s upsetting…
So, what’s wrong with her dress? I think it’s rather cute and sexy, as if one could get a quickie in a dark corner.

Well, the dress is ok, the lines are not. The sweetheart neckline is…well it’s fine but the bottom is horrid. She looks like she’s trying to be the fairy that she tattooed on her back. TACKY

Even if she was running from the paparazzi, why was the baby in her lap in the first place??? He should’ve been in his carseat from the moment she left until she arrived and turned the engine off… if anything, she put him in MORE danger. If she would’ve crashed, even slightly, and that airbag went off… that baby would’ve been so gone. I was on the edge of still liking britney, but this has just made me realize she is a dumbass and doesn’t deserve any more attention from me.
They should both be sterilized
The “dress” is not OK! It is hideous and looks like a 1980′s skating costume! Plus, she’s too fat to wear anything that short!!!
You know the dress may be awful and all, but I am so sick of hearing people call Britney “Fat”! She is not fat. Yea, she may be over the 105 lbs she once was, but she just had a baby. When she gets her pre-baby figure back, and she will, she’ll look better than you ever have, abeced.

The dress is fine; except that the hemline makes her thighs look chunkier than they are. The dress actually looks like something she got at Mariah Carey’s garage sale.
The dress does not fit. Her facial expression looks as if she is zoning out under all the stress. She let her baby sit in her lap because she is a hick from the sticks and that’s the way they roll out there. I should know. I’m a hillbilly too!
Britney asked for it, in no way should anyone feel sorry for her! She sold photos of her family to People. That just reeks of “Look at me, pay attention to me!” I don’t think the paparazzi was chasing her at all, I think she just wanted photos of her baby plastered all over.
RoXyChick: 1. I said she was too fat FOR THAT DRESS. Which she is. I did not call her overall fat.
2. She did not “just” have a baby. It has been over 4 months. She should be back to fighting weight. Look at Heidi Klum, Christine Taylor, etc. It’s Hollywood. More is expected of you image-wise.

Forget the dress already. The baby incident is the important issue. Who knows how that child is being handled when the cameras are NOT around. KSI is on the right track (as usual) regarding sterilization. Like I said in an earlier comment, The Spears/Federline gene pool must be stopped here, the welfare of the entire planet is at stake.

I think britney looks fabulous and healthy unlike those other 90 pound stars…mk and ashley olsen..lindsey lohan..nicole richie… pleeasee..britney looks far better.. and she just had a baby of course she is gonna have a little weight on… some people have no clue
