Deborah Gibson gets a lot of guff for supposedly being a “has been” but that’s not necessarily true. She went on to make a tidy little career for herself with some Broadway appearances, some red carpet invites, and you haven’t seen her shilling Las Vegas condos on TV yet (I seriously dreaded that commercial with Growing Pains’ Alan Thicke standing in waist deep water and offering me a free stay. Do they still manufacture Electric Youth: The Fragrance?  As real as it may seeeeemmmm, it was only in my dreeeeaaammmmmmmsss!
