Demi Lovato seems to be slowly turning her life around. Or not? It seems that her altercation with a backup dancer, in which it was said that she punched in the face, has now been financially resolved.

Alex Welch, the 21-year-old dancer who received a black eye in the incident five weeks ago, asked for a settlement, an apology from Demi and a donation to the charity of her choice.

And according to her attorney, the parties came to an amicable resolution. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Lovato – seen above at the airport in June of this year –  is still in rehab for undisclosed reason(s).
