Mmm, I wonder what Demi Moore could be doing at a plastic surgeon’s office? The actress spent three hours at the office of a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, and tried to sneak out the back. She would have gone undetected if it weren’t for the Celebrity Babylon photographers.

When Demi emerged through the backdoor, all chaos erupted. “A bodyguard saw us and quickly held up a black umbrella,” says our snapper, “Demi came out and got in the passenger seat of the car. Her face looked puffier than it had when we saw her being driven there, and she held up a black towel to cover her face so we couldn’t get pictures as she drove off.” While we don’t know what she had done, we will likely get a gander soon enough, when she hits a red carpet or is seen grabbing her coffee at Starbucks.

I’m assuming this is how she assures that Ashton will stick around.
