But Rumer knows better than to compete with her flawless mother on-screen. Demi directed the short entitled Streak, in which her 20-year-old spawn stars.
The piece is just one in a series of short films sponsored by Glamour magazine with their Reel Moments project. I’ll be curious to see it when it hits the Internet. For those of you who missed Rumer’s stint on Army Wives, here’s a little reminder of what she’s working with, acting-wise.

This picture made me think of old pictures of Judy Garland and Liza Minelli. Poor thing, must be rough having a mother that is that beautiful.
