The woman whose name I dare not mention in the presence of my Powerbook is on the search for a new house. Us Weekly reports that Denise Richards is looking to make a move and is searching for homes in the $7 million area.

“She wants a nicer place,” says a source close to the actress, who currently lives in a gated community in Hidden Hills, California.

She’s already visited five prospective homes on her quest for some new digs. And yes, we know this isn’t all that exciting, but Us Weekly also teased us by asking the following questions that could only be answered by actually picking up the latest issue of the mag:

But why is she really looking to leave the neighborhood? Why are Denise’s neighbors not sorry to see her go? What secret is Denise keeping from Charlie that would make him “furious” if he found out?

And it is at this juncture, where it becomes apparent that my dedication to sussing out celebrity gossip stops at the point of me actually having to leave my apartment. Unfortunately, on my list of reprehensible character attributes, “lazy” is featured more prominently than “nosy.”
