Crazy ex-wife number two, Denise Richards says she will cooperate with the D.A. in Aspen if she is forced to do so if Charlie Sheen is subpoenaed.  Denise will testify about an alleged incident that is quite similar to Brooke Mueller‘s allegations.  Do you think Denise will reveal more on stand than she did on Oprah?

TMZ reports the D.A. is interested in a declaration Denise signed under penalty of perjury in 2005, when she got a restraining order against Sheen.

She claims that on December 30, 2005, during an argument, she was holding her daughter Lola, when Charlie “pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders.  I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with Lola.”  Charlie then started a string of expletives and threatened to kill her.  At the time, Sheen denied the allegations.

If Denise does have to testify I guarantee it will be her best performance since Drop Dead Gorgeous!  And if she does extremely good on the stand maybe Ryan Seacrest can develop a new reality show deal for her!  Clearly, Denise needs some sort of reward for being the only one not in rehab right now.
