Star magazine reports that a recent trip to Tel Aviv, Israel made by Leonardo DiCaprio and his supermodel girlfriend, Bar Rafaeli, was for the purpose of officially introducing Leo to the fam, along with a super-secret engagement celebration. Supposedly, the party was held in conjunction with birthday festivities for Rafaeli’s brother, in order to disguise the engagement party.
A source tells the publication the party was “for just a small group of close friends and family”. Insiders claim the couple treated guests to fine chocolates and cupcakes before announcing their engagement with a champagne toast. The source explains, “Bar said that Leo had asked her to marry him and that she had said yes.”
Friends of the couple have stated that a small, intimate ceremony in Israel could possibly take place at the end of the year, followed by a party in the States to celebrate the occasion. I want to get married, mostly cause I’m dying to register for stuff. Like an Emmy. Or two.

you would think that leo would know better than to marry a 21 year old. oh well, hope he’s gets an airtight prenup.

That was my reaction too: why would you marry a 21 year old, even one who looks like that? I will be interested to see if either of their reps confirm or deny their alleged engagement.

No one should believe this story especially coming from such a dubious source. Just a month ago there were rumours that they had broken up and now their about to get married? The main reason that I don’t believe it is because of the way Leo acted in Israel. If he really was going to marry an Israeli girl he would have tried to be more accessible to the local press instead of acting like a jerk.

Why is Leo made up to be the bad guy? It was the papparazzis that was out of control..he simply went to on a vacation to visit his girlfriend country. He doesn’t have to make himself accessable while he is on a vacation to the papparazzis. This news on being engaged is just gossips, if it was true, we would have heared it from more realiable news sources.

I don’t think leo is really getting married. Leo and Bar just had a fight not too long ago so why would they get married just like that? Plus, if they were really getting married, the news would have the story all over, not just on the internet. The rumor about Leo being a dad was fake and so is the one about Leo and Bar getting married. So don’t believe it guys. Don’t believe it until you hear the truth from Leo.
