Well this is sure going to make one hell of a reality show.

The National Enquirer and Perez Hilton are reporting that while Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston were separated, he may have impregnated his ex! The two recently got back together (presumably because they’re worth more money together than apart). So besides trashing the fam, posing in Playgirl and making a general fool out of himself…Levi (pictured out partying in L.A. on Tuesday night) went off and knocked up yet another girl followed by a swift breakup.

Well at least he’s consistent!
