Dina Lohan and daughter Ali Lohan were barred from visiting Lindsay Lohan in prison this weekend, so the two chose instead to unwind from their current drama at a spa. The two spent Saturday at L.A.’s Raya European Day Spa…with all the stress that wayward daughter is causing, this is one family that needs it…right?

At least that’s what one fellow customer thought. The mother and daughter (pictured visiting Lindsay on July 21) were treated to their appointments by a kind stranger who felt like they sure deserved it.

“Some random guy, a stranger, at the spa paid for them,” an eyewitness said. “He said it was because ‘You’ve been through so much.”

Dina and Ali were able to visit Lindsay this week. But I guess she’ll be out in a few measly days anyway.

I’m not sure if Dina Lohan will ever qualify as a charity case in my book; then again, I don’t think any amount of charity will fix that disaster…
