Does “Entourage” Need Expanding?

Leonard Taylor, former bodyguard for Mark Wahlberg, is sounding off about how annoyed he is that there isn’t a character in “Entourage” based on him, and that he believes that minorities aren’t sufficiently represented on the show. Taylor, who is black, said that he worked for Wahlberg for quite some time and spoke to Page Six about his feelings on the show:

“There are no black people on the show. There are no black or Latino bodyguards, like Mark used to have – it’s a slap in the face. People always ask me, ‘Why is there no character based on you in “Entourage”?’ “

In reply to this complaint of Taylor’s, a representative for the show responded:

“The show is only loosely based on Mark Wahlberg’s experience. There aren’t really any bodyguards, and as for being multicultural, Turtle [one of the main characters] is dating an African-American.”

Yeah, I wonder if this guy is really so concerned with diversity in television programming, or is just pissed off that he can’t impress potential dates by pointing to the television set and saying, “You know, that’s supposed to be me.” Next thing you know, the Funky Bunch are gonna start complaining that they’re nowhere to be seen on the show…

Love Marky Mark, but who’s the girl with the mouth plum full of veneers?

I was wondering the same thing, about the girl that is. She looks like Melanie Knauss-Trump.

I guess you know nothing about Mark Wahlberg. That’s his girlfriend, Rhea Durham, the mother of his two children!
