RadarOnline is reporting that former ER star Shane West fell on his face in his own backyard after a having a few drinks. Shane was partying at Boulevard3 and headed back to his house with a few friends to party.
The drinking continued at West’s home and left Shane with a bruised and cut up face. No word on how badly his face is, but he just left to tour with his band The Germs overseas, so if you catch a glimpse, please send us a photo!

I saw Shane in London yesterday acting with The Germs and his face had no marks. This is a poisonous news that invented about Shane. The paparazzi should not even have anything to do.
