When the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived at Istana, the official residence of President Tony Tan and Mrs. Tan, all eyes were on Her Royal Highness.  Catherine stepped out of the chauffered car in the most glorious dress from Singapore-born Prabal Gurung‘s Spring 2012 collection, a departure from her more reserved and polished looks.

So xctd that I just stopped some strangers on the street n showed them the pic of Kate Middleton in our dress

I love it.  It’s as if the Duchess is saying to the world, “Why hello, there.  Remember when you haters called me out on my ‘safe’ dressing?  I’m too much of a lady to tell you what I’d like for you to do with your opinions.”
