Responding to Life & Style Weekly‘s claim that he’s been stepping out on LeAnn Rimes, Eddie Cibrian has filed a defamation suit against the tabloid magazine.

Legal papers filed by the actor state, “Since the separation from his wife, Eddie Cibrian has not had a romantic or sexual relationship with any woman other than Ms. Rimes.”

The 36-year-old actor is in the process of divorcing his wife, Brandi Glanville, and says the November 4 article was “rife with demonstrably false accusations.” Get it straight, tabloids, he’s leaving his wife for ONE woman! This man has a pristine reputation to maintain.
