Eminem Ordered By Court To Stop Writing Lyrics About Murdering His On-Again-Off-Again Wifey

Hopefully this doesn’t mean he has to stop writing about his mom. Amidst their divorce proceedings, the judge has ordered Eminem and Kim Mathers to stop making disparaging remarks about each other. He tends to plot her murder in rap form. She tends to run to radio stations and discuss how he is NOT twerking it in his downstairs area.

Eminem had asked the Macomb County Circuit Court in Mount Clemens, Mich., to stop Kim Mathers from speaking ill of him in the media, maintaining it could harm their 11-year-old daughter, Hailie, The Detroit News reported.

Mathers appeared in court on the matter Monday while the singer was in contact with her by conference call, the newspaper said.

“I’m pleased to report that both parties have signed a parental cooperation order,” said David T. Elias, a Friend of the Court referee. That order requires both sides to refrain from disparaging each other.

Mathers didn’t say anything to reporters as she left. However, a response to Eminem’s motion filed by her attorneys last Friday said that after years of derogatory statements in Eminem’s songs, performances and the media, she decided the public should hear her side.

The statement went onto to say that Marshall has to “forget” the disparaging lyrics he has written about her in the past. “Forget”? What? Through sodium pentothal, mind blocks, and brain washing? Is this the friggin’ “Manchurian Candidate”? You can’t erase history. Those were the most entertaining lyrics about killing the mother of your child and stuffing her body in the trunk of your car that I’ve ever heard! AND you could bob your head to em’.
