The couple, Eva Longoria and basketball player, Tony Parker, claim that they are happily married as evidenced here by their little outing together and are consequently suing X17 over the photo agency’s allegations of Parker’s supposed infidelities with model Alexandra Paressant. The defamation suit alleges, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.” Looking to get at least $20 million, the suit specifies that X17 never attemtpted to fact-check Paressant’s claims, neither contacting Eva nor Tony before publishing their report. I have to admit, the “model” does seem to be a bit of a star-f*cker. And look, these two never go anywhere without holding hands because they’re just so damn in love. Seriously, they’re always holding hands now.

What a vapid lawsuit- why didn’t he go after the girl? Because he wants to appear to be suing x 17 when in fact he knows it will be kicked out of court. Suing the girl would mean more damaging stuff would come out..
