‘Everybody’s Fine’ With Saying Goodbye To Miramax

December 4th, 2009 // Leave a Comment

It was an evening of mixed emotions for the cast of Everybody’s Fine–Miramax’s final movie–at a Tribeca Institute benefit screening of the film at Loews Lincoln Square Cinema in Manhattan.

Co-founder of the Tribeca Film Festival and star of the film, Robert DeNiro spoke at the movie’s premiere, saying, “I’m proud to be part of this film. I’m sorry it’s the last film.” After he spoke, Robert’s on-screen daughter in the movie, Drew Barrymore, went up to give him a hug, telling the actor, “We love you!”

With her medium-length blond locks, Drew looked playful in a sparkly, multi-colored mini dress. Opting for a more sleek, sophisticated look, her co-star Kate Beckinsale pulled back her hair in a simple updo and stepped out in a fitted, strapless black dress.
