According to the star of The Real Housewives of New York City and natural foods chef, Bethenney Frankel, the word “diet” is “so 80s.”
She claims that her book Naturally Skinny is all about how to enjoy eating without depriving yourselves of the joys of chocolate cake or a good margarita.
Frankel claims that “skinny” is a state of mind, professing admiration for curvaceous stars versus “little trolls holding large cups of coffee with giant sunglasses bigger than their waists.” Three cheers to that! And she claims to have the solution to Oprah’s battle with the bulge.

I gotta say… this bitch is funny… and I like the concept behind the book… although it does lose some credability when a very skinny girl is hawking it. Whatever I still heart Bethenny!
