Lisa Timmons: Elton’s looking quite toned-down, with about a pound less of glitter and feathers than I would have normally expected. I’m actually guessing that he dressed up in this fairly conservative suit and decided at the last minute it was too sedate and promptly snagged a table runner from one of the tables behind him and had an assistant embellish it with this flower thing briefly before posing for his picture. He’s got a reputation to maintain, you know.
