I see London, I see France. Rumer Willis had on a kind of cute dress yesterday, but it was flat out see-thru. The problem is, this see-thru isn’t due to paparazzi flashes because these shots were taken from quite a distance. Girl knew exactly what she was doing!
I think Rumer wants to be a real star so bad that she did it on purpose. Now ideally for her, she would have flashed her hoo-hah while exiting a car, but none of the paps are even getting near that potential disaster. This bitch is taking things into her own hands, and it ain’t pretty.

What is up with the one glove and the little… i dunno… blood pressure cuff? on her arm?!? Did she look in the mirror and say “hmm, ugly dress? check. But this just isn’t bad enough. what can I add….”? What a pity. When you’re starting with rough material, you gotta be real careful how you dress it up.

Yes folks, I have to agree, the poor girl done fell out the old ‘Ugly Tree’ and hit every branch on the way down.
