Philanthropy, charity, and Bono are almost synonymous with one another. The U2 front man is saving lives in Africa one t-shirt at a time. His wife Ali is working hard on designing the duds that will be modeled by some of Bono’s A-list friends for the ONE campaign. Celebrities that have joined the campaign include Lindsay Lohan, Kate Bosworth, Rosario Dawson, and Gary Oldman.

The shirts are being cranked out at a factory in Lesotho, Africa thus providing jobs. Apparently, Bono feels the shirts will somehow “improve conditions and the quality of life” for Africa.

He goes on stating that: “The money spent on this T-shirt could save a life.”
