Fighting Fire With Fire…Or Something Like That

I think we are being punk’d as Ashton Kutcher tries to convince us that he quit smoking by continuing to smoke. He spoke fondly of Allen Carr and his addiction to a British TV show called GM.TV….

“There’s a great book by Allen Carr, ‘The Easy Way To Stop Smoking,’ and what I loved was that you could smoke while you were reading it.”

Perhaps I am being too cynical, but when I need a break from reality I will have to go visit Ashton and Allen. It must be nice to live in the land of make-believe.

This book helped me quit and I had tried everything else. It also helped 4 family members and several friends — I stand by it, it really does work if you put your mind to it!
