Former star of The O.C. Mischa Barton met up with a friend at Joan’s on 3rd in Los Angeles for some lunch, after which she took her dog for a stroll. Dressed in an outfit that certainly isn’t the worst thing she’s ever worn, but there’s just something about the wash of that jean that really bothers me.
The flower garland might a Halloween-related accessory, but since I don’t believe it’s a good idea to encourage any more of this headband business, I’m going to have to say no.
On a positive note, I do like that her dog leash kind of matches the whole ensemble.
