Fox Reporter Strays From Journalism Rules But Does Speak For All Of Us

Fox News reporter Jonathan Hunt had enough and went live with his interior monologue about how Paris Hilton’s parents suck. Hunt was reporting last night about skankbag’s release.

Hunt suggested that the Hiltons “might want to question” the way they raised their daughter. He also raised an unnecessary eyebrow about what Paris had planned for her first night of freedom, asking, “Is this a party which is going to see a lot of alcohol served? Is this Paris Hilton embarking down the same path that led her to jail in the first place?”

That doesn’t exactly fall under the journalistic checklist of “who, what, when, where, and why” but even experienced journalists hate her enough to forget their training. I’m surprised he didn’t attack her ass as she came out of the jail.

Check out the video of Paris being released from jail after the jump.

That is some seriously retarded reporting ‘they may go to their house in Beverley Hills, they may go to their grandmother’s house….’, they should have driven their SUV over the edge of a cliff and done us all a favour.

I didn’t see anything ‘humble’ about the way Ms Hilton strutted out of jail like she was working a catwalk. I reckon the only thing she will keep from this experience is to have a driver on call, for her nights out when she’s too shitfaced to drive home.

…hate Fox news but I tip my hat to this guy, this once! J., you forgot ‘how’ as in who, what, when, where, why and how…

I saw the video this AM on the news, and I agree, she looked like she was working the red carpet or the like…not very humble in my opinion. She hasn’t changed, nor will she anytime soon-she has no reason to.

Yeah, I heard this comment live on Fox, and while I kind of did a double-take, it wasn’t nearly as bad as TMZ’s making it out to be. I mean, the poor guy had to keep talking for like an hour as a black SUV drove along the L.A. freeways. And he didn’t even have access to the footage — he was just reporting from a cell phone at Lynwood, I think. He was bound to say something stupid.

Well, in addition to the five W’s, journalists are also supposed to ask HOW? And I think not having consequences as a child is HOW Paris ended up in jail. And how!

In the photo with Paris clapping her huge man-hands and mom Kathy sitting next to her, did you notice the drink in Kathy’s hand and it looks like a huge doobie sitting in a round glass tray next to her!
