TMZ has apparently obtained some video of Tron star Garrett Hedlund smoking SOMETHING on the streets of Montreal earlier this year. And while it doesn’t look like a cigarette, he’s insisting it wasn’t weed.

And his rep certainly didn’t fall back on the salvia defense either…

Their video shows Hedlund filming On The Road back in August. He pulls out a lighter and lights whatever it is he’s smoking and then passes it to a female with his group.

His rep commented that it was absolutely not marijuana, adding, “He would never smoke pot in front of all those paparazzi.” Now that I believe.
