I love a good anachronism, such as Orlando Bloom – in character on the set of his film Three Musketeers – texting away on his Blackberry phone. Nothing like the 17th century and the 21st century coming together through a little BBM.

In the film, the actor plays the Duke of Buckingham alongside Christoph Waltz and Milla Jovovich in the new film directed by Paul W Anderson.
Last week the 33-year-old father-to-be was delighted after his new wife Miranda Kerr joined him on the set for a quick kiss and a hug.

“I’m really excited about it, it’s great,” Bloom said about his upcoming role as a father!

I’m sure those new-fangled phones will even be able to send pictures back and forth…oh, but one day!
