Is this really necessary guys?!

Tom Brady and wifey Gisele Bündchen must not know what to do with their money, because their new “home” is ridic!  According to the Boston Herald, the original blueprint was drawn up for an 11,500-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion but the couple decided that the house wasn’t big enough.  Instead they opted for the $20 million, 22,000-square-foot eight bedroom villa fully equipped with a six-car garage, weight room, spa, wine cellar, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, and a covered bridge that connects two parts of the mansion.  Makes the house above it look like the maid’s quarters.  According to Gisele’s twin sister/manager Patricia, the house was designed to fit the pair’s immediate and extended family.  Right.  Sounds more like they are trying to house the entire Patriot’s team during the off-season.

I wonder what Bridget Moynahan thinks about this craziness?  It doesn’t really matter since she doesn’t comment on her ex and his wife to the media and they seem like they are getting along better these days.  I wouldn’t be jealous of Gisele anyway.  Sources have said that the super-model beauty was really tough to work with, screaming at the construction workers whenever she disapproved of their work.  Must be stressful but I think I feel badly more for the workers than Gisele.  She sounds very difficult to work with.  At least they have a little break from the diva, seen heading to somewhere in a hurry at LAX on April 4, 2011.

Well, hopefully construction will be finished soon so that the family can finally enjoy their extravagant digs.  All 22,000-square-feet of it!
