Proving that she’s got a heart that beats for Mother Earth underneath that lacy underwire bra of hers, Victoria’s Secret model, Gisele Bundchen, has been named Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program.

The stunning wife of Tom Brady has stepped off the catwalk to do her part to try to save the world’s largest rain forest. Bundchen has told reporters she believes Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva should work harder to prevent deforestation.

In response, Silva has announced a proposal to put a cap on sugarcane production as part of what he claims is a demonstration of his commitment to the cause of preserving the Amazon. And Gisele is exfoliating her limbs and moisturizing on a regular basis to preserve her Amazonian features.
