New music is released every year, maybe even ever day. Some of it is downright awful, but there are some songs which are gems. Many of the best songs are overlooked because they’re not part of the pop genre.
2012 was a good year for Justin Bieber, Maroon 5, and One Direction. “One More Night” by Maroon 5 was by far one of my favorite songs of this whole year.
Not to mention Adam Levine is extremely sexy. Did you see him on American Horror Story with Jenna Dewan-Tatum?!
Bieber may have had an extremely public break-up with Selena Gomez, but even so, his music career had to be more successful than previous years. I remember when “One Time” first came out.
There is no denying that One Direction and The Wanted were fighting for the top spot in the boy band category. Their feud was almost unexpected, considering their was no animosity in the 90′s with all those legendary boy bands.
This little mash-up, or compilation, if you will, really shows how amazing the music industry was this year. One of my favorite songs made cut, but many were left out.
