Gwen Stefani turned 42 today and received a bunch of flowers at her London home on this sunny October 3rd.  The mom of two put on a rather subdued birthday out – black cigarette pants, stilettos and a sleeveless white shirt – to take Kingston (in a badass pair of plaid slacks, white oxford and a bowtie) to the dentist in Central London.

Let’s hope that bottle of soda he’s carrying is sugar free.
