Gwen Stefani was spotted yesterday taking sons Zuma and Kingston to a West Hollywood pumpkin patch, and the fashionista did not disappoint, even for a casual outing. Gwen looked fab in a dark gray outfit paired with knee-high black boots and adorable tortoise shell glasses. And of course, she was not without her signature red lipstick! Both of her sons were dressed up as Batman for the event which featured a blow-up slide that cool mom Gwen even took a ride down!
