New mother Gwen Stefani is in the finishing stages of her new solo album. Details have been pretty much speculation, and here is the latest:

Rumour has it Gwen Stefani will soon be releasing her first single “Wind It Up”. Although the new album has been confirmed the title as of yet, has not. Fan sites of the singer are speculating that it will be called “Sweet Escape”.

As quoted from Gwenstefani.com: “This is definitely another dance record but the sound has evolved a lot over the last two years as I’ve gone in and out of the studio. It’s more melodic and very modern.”
Will it be something that Kingston will be able to groove on? Will the album be a tad more mellow than the last since Gwen’s a new mother? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
