Gwyneth Paltrow revealed on Oprah that she is a health anomaly. When asked about dieting the actress said, “If I did that I would be three hundred pounds!”
Okay, so Gwyneth is just one of those people who can eat anything and not gain a pound. She just thinks that once she starts restricting herself the problems show up.
“I think maybe it’s the idea that you can’t have something … I just can’t do it,” she confessed.
So how does Gwyn keep her svelte figure? Working out with the same trainer as Madonna, Tracy Anderson.
“It’s worth it to me to do that extra exercise so I can eat what I want and not think about it.”
So on the Madonna plan that means, what… 6 hours working out a day instead of 4? She’s lucky she’s not wasting away to nothing.

I almost agree. As soon as I say to myself I’m going to eat less, I eat more. Better to just be in the moment and aware of what you’re putting in your mouth because I hate working out :)

First of all, I don’t believe this woman. Maybe she doesn’t diet but one can hardly call throwing up or using laxatives in large doses dieting.
Second, she purportedly said that she works out 3 hours a day. Isn’t that good news for people who want to be thin. Now you can work 8 hours a day, raise your kids (feed them, teach them manners, help with homework, put to sleep etc), have an interesting and active married life with your husband and WORK OUT 3 HOURS A DAY (not to mention travelling to and from the gym).
This woman ought to be ashamed of herself for this inane blabbering.

Please. She is such a liar. You don’t go for from being an obsessed and strict macrobiotic dieter for years to eating whatever the hell you want whenever you want. She probably doesn’t even like fatty foods anyway, so eating something bad is probably like a rice cake or something. I wish celebrities would not lie about things like this. She recently admitted she works out 3 hours a day so why can’t she just admit she does watch what she eats?

You know damn strait that Oprah wanted to “choke a bitch” while this cracka was going on about how she “can’t diet”.
She makes me sick. Whine, whine, whine.

Actually it wasn’t Gwyneth who said she works out 3 hours a day, it was Mario Batali who said it and it was a joke.

When I was working out 2-3 hours a day, 4 days a week, I could eat a lot more junk than I can now that I have a toddler and don’t have time for that schedule anymore! But I couldn’t eat cake, french fries and beer everyday, that was something I did restrict to once or twice a week.
I think that once you have kids and your body changes so much, you relax a bit and are just busier with day-to-day life. That’s speaking as an ex-dancer, ex-dieter, ex-personal trainer.

Oprah is not trying to sell anything. Oprah does not need money. Oprah is just lazy about exercise. I eat danishes and donuts for breakfasts, too, sometimes.
I just work out.
There is no excuse for not exercising. You can do it standing in one spot, in a chair, flat on your back, talking on the phone. You have just got to be aware. Stop moaning and start working,O.
If I had O’s money, I’d pay somebody to come to my house and make me get off the couch.
Michelle O works out for an hour a day at 5am and it shows.
