As part of her ongoing quest to convince us that she’s edgy and her marriage to Chris Martin is going JUST AMAZING, GUYS, Gwyneth Paltrow showed up at a screening  wearing a pair of high-waisted black leather shorts partnered with a shiny gold top. Oh my.

Blanche Devereaux wouldn’t be caught dead in that ensemble, saying it would look like she was “trying too hard.” But Gwyneth shouldn’t mind that we’re poking fun, as long as we don’t claim that we want to bang her. That’s when it gets touchy with that one.

As if that weren’t enough, her wacky co-star Joaquin Phoenix though it best to show up to the event looking like a homeless man who broke into a dry cleaner’s and stole a tuxedo. This is confusing. Usually, it’s the D-list carpet-crashers who are the worst dressed ones, not the stars. Le sigh.
