Almost a week after it was revealed that Gabriel Aubry was under investigation for criminal child endangerment and battery, Aubry’s baby mama Halle Berry is being questioned in connection with the charges. Last week Aubry allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while he was holding their daughter Nahla.

Berry, pictured on crutches with her daughter and fiancé Olivier Martinez, initially asked the court to deny all contact between Aubry and daughter Nahla. However, the request was denied on Tuesday. The 36-year-old male model has agreed to take anger management classes, after realizing his temper may be out of control.

According to law enforcement sources, it is unlikely that Aubry will be prosecuted, due to the “he said she said” nature of the case. However, Aubry’s nanny, Alliance Kambem, claims she is living in fear: “His resentment has developed into dangerous and aggressive behavior towards me, particularly when I am in the presence of Nahla. I am truly fearful he will hurt me and in the process hurt Nahla as well.”

Kambem was denied a restraining order while an investigation is being conducted and the couple will meet in court on Monday when changes in custody may occur.
