The Beverly Hills home Halle Berry once shared with her now ex-husband, Eric Benet, is now on the market for a whopping $5 million.
The movie star originally purchased the home eight years ago for $2.3 million and is looking to offload the estate, which features two bedrooms, two bathrooms a stone spa and lush gardens.
Most likely, we’re guessing that Halle and boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry are looking to find a more kid-friendly place for their daughter, Nahla Aubry, to play–oh yes, and plenty of wall space on which to hang fetching poster-sized photographs of Gabriel and Halle.

Halle hasn’t lived there in years. Has Frankie Muniz’s old HH home that she currently lives in and her place in Malibu.
