Everyone’s favorite gal-about-town has hit the big 4-6.

Sarah Jessica Parker spent her birthday with her 22-month-old twins, Tabitha and Marion.  Bundled up in a fur vest and parka, SJP took her girls for a stroll around their West Village neighborhood.
