Little Suri Cruise will be turning one-year old today, and as of yet, there are no specifics being confirmed by either Tom or Katie’s rep, to indicate what kind of celebrations will be taking place and whether or not I’m invited. But, the New York Daily News is speculating that the party will probably be taking place in Shreveport, Louisiana, because that’s where Katie is currently on-set for her latest film, “Mad Money.” I’m so jealous cause I could REALLY go for some birthday cake right about now. I just ran out of bread.

Anywho, Katie’s also decided to change her publicist, and is now employing the expertise of PR rep, Ina Treciokas.

“It’s part of a plan to normalize the PR, to get it back to what it was before Tom freaked out,” says another insider. “They realize the problems all began when Tom hired his Scientologist sister Lee Anne [DeVette] to run the show.”

If by “problems” they mean “awesome situations that resulted in incredibly amusing YouTube clips of Tom losing his mind” then I think I know what they’re talking about. Sigh. I miss Crazy Tom.
