Harmony Korine’s “Mister Lonely”

Harmony Korine, director of “Julien Donkey-Boy,” is dipping his pen into the world of work with designers. Agnes B will be the executive producer for his most recent film that is currently in post-production, entitled “Mister Lonely.”

The cast includes David Blaine and is a mixture of comedy and drama. With a character list like Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, I am guessing it should be good. The basis of the script follows an American lost in Paris and trying to make it as a Michael Jackson look-a-like. The film had a $9.5 million budget which isn’t anything to shake a stick at.

Agnes’ role in the film was behind-the-scenes, a role to which she is no stranger with six other films under her very stylish belt. She could well be considered a double-threat, as she is also a designer with a very successful line of boutiques to her credit, both online and in Boston, L.A., San Francisco, Chicago, and New York. A total of 115 boutiques are scattered throughout the world.
