David and Victoria Beckham were spotted with their newborn Harper Beckham as the headed in to a federal building in Santa Monica earlier today.

The little tyke has kept a low profile since make the rounds in New York City during Fashion Week last month.

Beckham says his new baby girl isn’t anything like his three sons. According to the Associated Press, the 36-year-old soccer star says 3-month old Harper Seven is already sleeping through the night and is “a lot calmer” than his boys were at that age.
